HOW TO ORDER...
If you like a product on our website you can purchase it in 4 ways:
1. From our store in Loughborough:

2. Call us on: 01509 261160 to place your order. Remember to have the product details and your credit card details on hand (we will process your order over the phone and debit your account).
3. By email: info@masquerade-fancydress.co.uk with your order details, name and address. We will send you a confirmation email of your order along with a link to pay by paypal.
4. Order online with secure card payment at http://www.masquerade-online.net/dance-wear-10-c.asp

Terms and conditions.
We currently accept online payment by Visa, Mastercard and Maestro (Switch), via PayPal. Should you wish to use an alternative method of payment, please contact us prior to placing your order. All prices on this site are in British Pounds Sterling
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
Please Note: we are closed on Sundays and Mondays, orders placed on these days will be despatched on Tuesday.
All deliveries are by Royal Mail, priced at £4.50 (including packaging) up to an order value of £50.00 – orders above this threshold are delivered free (at standard 1st class mail rate)! Cost is added to your order at the checkout phase. All orders are delivered within 3-4 working days. Orders sent to customers within the LE postal region should arrive a day earlier.
Smaller items (an A4 size envelope) can be sent by UK 1st class Postal service at a price of £2.95
You can select a UK timed delivery option for £12.50 - these orders will be delivered the next working day (excluding Saturdays). Orders must be placed before 3pm.
Please note these charges are for UK only. We do not currently accept international orders.
Note that delivery times can be affected by stock availability. If we are unable to ship your order within three working days you will be contacted by telephone or e-mail. You may then change your order, cancel your order, or place the item on back order.
RETURNS POLICY
You may return any purchase made over the web to us subject to the following:
1. The item must be without damage or use and in a suitable condition for resale, within 14 days of purchase. All original packaging should accompany any returned item. We cannot accept returns for exchange or refund if such items have been opened from a sealed package.
2. We do not refund shipping costs - this will be deducted when refunding the money back to your account. it is your responsibility to return items to us; we recommend recorded delivery or Royal Mail special delivery Masquerade cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to goods whilst they are being returned.
